One text right after your missed call. If you reply, a few questions about the job so the business can call you back ready. If you don't, at most one follow-up the next day. How many messages depends on your conversation. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP at any time. You'll get one message confirming it, and no more texts after that. Reply START to turn texts back on. Reply HELP for help, or email us.

No. Only calls you don't answer forward to Ringleader, and customers never notice a change. One catch: if customers call your personal cell, friends and family who miss you would get the text too. Use your work number, put family and friends on your never-text list, or add our Work Line (+$15 a month), a separate business number that rings your cell.
Only to get the job details: name, address, what's wrong, how urgent and when they're free. It never quotes prices or promises times. Booking is you.
Callers get your after-hours text. If they never write back, they get one friendly nudge the next day, during your hours. That's it.
